Desi Gir cow is native breeds and is easily accustomed to Geographical and Weather conditions of India. They are allowed to graze freely in vast Organic farms and are given healthy fodder which includes Organic Jaggery too. At the time of milking, first calves are fed and then due milk is procured for preparation of Desi Gir Cow Ghee. Farm fresh milk procured from these desi Gir Cows is highly rich in A2 proteins and aids rapid brain development. Fresh A2 milk is converted into Curd and then by churning it Whole Milk Yogurt, famously known as ‘MAKKHAN’ is obtained. Desi Gir Cow Ghee is prepared by warming Makkan at a very low temperature and thus keeping all the nutrients intact. It takes 25 liters of pure fresh A2 milk to make 1 liter of Desi Gir Cow Ghee.
